All classes are held at St Peters Church Hall in Balsall Common during term time.  Limited spaces available  - please book. Next half term ( school weeks).


Monday Evenings 7.30-9. Suitable all levels.


Tuesday 9.15-10.45 am Suitable for all levels

Tuesday. 11-12. Chair yoga and meditation. All levels. New class

Tuesday 7.30 pm -9 pm Beginners. Suitable for teens 13 plus


Thursday 9.15-10.45. Beginners Class

Thursday 11-12 Gentle class suitable for over 55's or those recovering from injury.


Friday 9.15-10.45 am Suitable for all levels


 Family yoga and Kids workshops take place on inset days and during school holidays. If you are interested in these. please contact me and I will add you to my contact list!

The yoga classes are held at:

Drop in price £8.50 hour and half class

£7.50 per hour and a half class block booking price.

Drop in price £6 hour class. 

£5 for hour class block booking.

Block booking strongly encouraged. The benefits of yoga are realised with a regular weekly practice.

As with all new exercise classes please check with your doctor before starting.


I advise you to eat at least two hours before the class.       Wear comfortable clothing.


You may wish to bring a blanket for comfort during relaxation!
